(This means you can 'feed' the information to other third-party services which re-broadcast your message. To do this you'll probably need either our help or the help of your web specialist, and fees are likely to apply).

It is possible to make any part of your online business website into a Secure Zone, assigning any number of customers unique usernames and passwords. You can use this to keep private information secure, or even sell access to a Secure Zone to customers, on a one-off or subscription basis. (You can create secure zones yourself, but you may need the support of a web specialist to set up secure-zone payment access. Subscription fees can be automated but require a payment gateway and internet merchant account with your bank. We can support you in getting the right gateway. Give us a call to discuss this.)
Take bookings for events online, automatically. Limit the number of registrations, send out pre and post-event eMails pre-set, ready to go at the time you've set them to be delivered. Imagine, a few days before your event having a reminder email sent to all of the participants of your upcoming event... "We look forward to seeing you in a few days..." ... and then another brief eMail the day before the event saying "See you tomorrow!". And perhaps another eMail 1week later...
